These terms and conditions state important requirements regarding your use of Trec IT Solutions Corp website and Trec IT Solutions Corp computer support service and your relationship with Trec IT Solutions Corp . you should read them carefully as they contain important information and instructions such as how long it lasts, fees for early termination, our rights to change its conditions, limitations of liability, privacy, and settlement of disputes by arbitration instead of in court. if you accept this agreement, it will apply to all your service plans from us, including all your existing plans. your acceptance of these terms & conditions will be implied by the use of the Trec IT Solutions Corp service.
Trec IT Solutions Corp Services holds the right to either update or alter its Terms of Services (TOS) any point of time without a prior notice. All new features and conditions apparently accentuating all the services portfolio would be again subject to TOS. A point forth from where any further subsequent use of services would be considered as an explicit consent towards all changes made forth by the company. Violation of any of the Terms and Conditions declared by the company would end up leading to a termination of an account.

o The recipient availing the services must be 13 years or more.
o Only a human must benefit from the services provided.
o An account can only be used by one person. This single account has a limited scope of usage as defined by number of PCs in the agreement. A client would further need to purchase support for additional PCs if the need arises.
o Trec IT Solutions Corp reserves the right to provide services only for issues and software listed on the website or Annexure 1. Any software issues and services falling beyond such a scope do not entitle Trec IT Solutions Corp to provide services.
o The services portfolio is to be only delivered through mediums such as Phone, Chat and e-mail. The onsite module is not included as a mode for providing services.
o At no point in time Trec IT Solutions Corp would be liable to provide support for any hardware issues related to PCs, Servers, Printers, Routers and Wireless Access Devices.
o The organization does not offer replacement or takes responsibility for any malfunctioning computer part.
No warranty on hardware and software covered under the support plan would be provided.
o Trec IT Solutions Corp is not responsible for maintaining security of a PC including username and password. Neither shall the organization be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from a failure to comply with a security obligation.
o Trec IT Solutions Corp cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a data theft taking place on a user's computer.
o PC users must actively monitor a remote session initiated by a Trec IT Solutions Corp technician. At any time the failure to do so and any data theft or loss arising from an unattended remote session or the absence of a technician would absolve Trec IT Solutions Corp from any untoward consequences. Further, at no point in time the same service should be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose by the client. Nor at the same time clients should end up violating any rights applying to their jurisdictional territory.
o All actions and interactions with regards to computer support should be in compliance with cyber laws of India/US or one's country of residence.

Cancellation and Termination

o A client is solely responsible for cancelling an account. An email or a phone request for cancellation of an account must be forwarded to an account manager and in return an acknowledgement of the same should be received by a client.
o Any client data stored would be immediately archived on active servers for being used anytime in the future.
o Cancellation of the service before the end of the paid up month will lead to an immediate cancellation and the client would not be charged again.
o Trec IT Solutions Corp reserves the right to either suspend or terminate an account and refuse any current or future use of the Service. The reasons for such an action can be related to unauthorized access of a portal, servers and databases, abusive behavior, data theft, improper utilization of services, availing services for PC other than the one currently registered with Trec IT Solutions Corp . The termination of service would not only lead to deactivation or deletion of an account but also access to any PC Support Service.
o Use of any illegal software would result in cancellation of an account by Trec IT Solutions Corp
o Trec IT Solutions Corp holds the right to refuse services to a client at any time

Modifications to the Service and Prices

Trec IT Solutions Corp at any time has the right to modify, discontinue, suspend or permanently do away with a service without any notice. Service prices, inclusive of but not necessarily limited to a monthly subscription plan fees for a service are subject to a change on 30 days notice period. Changes will be either posted on the Website Trec IT Solutions Corp or e-mailed to a registered account of a client.

Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms

o For buying services online, a valid credit card is required. Trec IT Solutions Corp in this case has every right to either accept or reject a demand made via a credit card.
o A Trec IT Solutions Corp support plan starts from the very day on which the agreement is signed and the payment is realized.
o For annual and more than a monthly plan the Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable for the same month.
o In case the client is not satisfied with the service and hasn't received a successful resolution for a single issue concerning his PC within a month; a full refund with no questions asked is to be made.
o The failure to fix even one issue would lead to a complete refund of the amount. In case even if one issue is fixed, the client is not entitled to full refund. Trec IT Solutions Corp reserves the right to either deduct a minimum of 25% of the total amount charged whichever is higher. In short, for X number of cases resolved a charge would be made and rest of the amount would be refunded.
o All service charges are inclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities of India, and you shall also be held responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, if levied in your country.
o No credit card information of a customer is stored. Nor at any point in time charges are levied without any explicit consent.
o Clients can shift from a monthly/annual plan to an incident based plan. An accommodation for the amount can be made at the behest of terms and conditions suggested by an account manager.

Certified Technician

Technicians and specialists certified by Trec IT Solutions Corp to perform the services under this agreement are referred to Trec IT Solutions Corp Certified Technician/(s) Software, materials, services and other related information are collectively referred to as "content."


Trec IT Solutions Corp is an independent organization of remote technical support for software and computer peripherals. Trec IT Solutions Corp has no affiliation with any of these third-party companies unless such relationship is expressly specified. The brands, names, images, trademarks, products and services of third parties mentioned on this website are only for reference and to furnish information. We disclaim any ownership, right, affiliation or endorsement of or by any such third party products. The services that we offer are also available to the brand owners.
